Statement of Work (SOW): Specific service deliverables, execution schedules, pricing, and client obligations will be defined in individual service contracts, proposals, or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Enlargenet and the Client.
White-Label Operations: Agencies partnering with Enlargenet under white-label arrangements receive backend fulfillment. Enlargenet acts as an invisible execution partner under non-disclosure obligations defined in individual partner agreements.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Company Ownership: All content, software, visual interfaces, website code, graphics, branding logos, text, and proprietary technical frameworks on conceptualise.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Enlargenet and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999.
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership rights to finalized custom graphics, code, and campaign deliverables produced specifically for a Client will transfer to the Client/Agency Partner, subject to any retained rights for underlying open-source modules or third-party software licenses.
6. Prohibited Activities
When accessing our Website or using our services, you agree that you shall NOT:

- Invoices remain unpaid beyond the specified payment due dates.
